Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: Over 18 year old patients with the diagnosis of insomnia without using allopathic sleep aid medication; Patients with the oral or written informed consent; ISI Score>7
Exclusion critria: Patients with uncontrolled and severe organic or psychiatric diseases and pain disorders which cause insomnia directly or by their treatment ;pregnancy and lactation; alchohol or substance abuse; thyriod disase; any other medication use or their withdrawal which affects sleep; other sleep disorders; history of sever drug reaction to Melissa Off or Nepeta Menthoides
