1. Adult male and non-pregnant female population pre-diagnosed dyslipidemia.
2. Subject should have followed the level of TC, TG, LDL, HDL according to NCEP ATP III guideline. 3. BMI 20-30 kg/m2.
4. Subject willingness to participate and sign the informed consent form and ready to comply with protocol measures.
5. Subjects who can do yoga intervention.
1. Medical history of unstable angina.
2. Myocardial infarction.
3. I patients is having active cardiac, hepatic, renal disease or have history of stroke within past three months. If patients having active malignant condition.

Name Time Method Change in laboratory parameters of lipid profile compared to baseline after 8 weeks of Ayurvedic intervention. <br/ ><br>Change in laboratory parameter of lipid profile compared to baseline after 3 months of yogic practices. <br/ ><br>Change in laboratory parameter of lipid profile compared to baseline after 3 months of placebo.Timepoint: Baseline, week 4 and week 8.
