- •Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and taking medication for at least 6 months
- •Able to read and understand Korean and respond to the questionnaire
- •Classified as having 'normal' cognitive function on the Cognitive Impairment Screening Test (CIST), based on age- and education-adjusted norms
- •Understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate
排除标准
- •Currently participating, or having participated within the past 3 months, in a diabetes self-management education or health literacy program at another institution
- •Diagnosed with a mental illness such as depression
