- •1)Age group between 18-60 years
- •2)American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1and2
- •3)patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1)Morbid obesity(BMI >35kg/metre square)
- •2)Patients with anticipated difficult airway(Airway difficulty score >8)
- •3)Patients with increased risk of regurgitation and aspiration of gastric contents
- •4)Previous upper gastrointestinal surgery
- •5)Coagulopathy or history of anticoagulant use
- •6)Cardiorespiratory or cerebrovascular disease
- •7)Cervical spine pathology and
- •8)Pregnancy
