入选标准
- •Age between 18 - 65 years, both males and females.
- •Participants with working knowledge (written and verbal) of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent.
- •Participants who did not have any major life event stressors which might have affected their stress levels for the past six months.
排除标准
- •Participants on medication for any diagnosed psychiatric diseases/disorders.
- •Inability or unwillingness to complete questionnaire independently.
