入选标准
- •? The subject is at an altitude of =3000m during the test;
- •?The subject has not arrived on the plateau for more than 48 hours;
- •? LLSS score = 3 and at least 1 headache ;
- •? age = 18 years and < 65 years;
- •? no experience of living and working in a plateau within 2 months;
- •?not having participated in another clinical trial within 3 months;
- •? Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •?those who develop clinically defined plateau pulmonary oedema or plateau cerebral oedema after entry into the group;
- •?Persons with chronic headache, dizziness, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and digestive system diseases before entering the plateau.
- •?Combination of other serious illnesses such as malignant tumours and psychiatric illnesses that affect the evaluation of this study;
