1) All patients between 18-70 years will undergo total hip replacement surgery for Osteonecrosis of femoral head secondary to idiopathic, sickle cell diseases, degenerative arthritis of the hip.
2) Patient with valid informed consent
1) An inability or unwillingness to comply with the postoperative rehabilitation or follow-up protocols,
2) Previous THA, osteomyelitis or a previous intra-articular infection, severe developmental dysplasia of the hip (such as Crowe type-III or IV dysplasia),
3) Acetabular deformity requiring advanced reconstructive techniques,
4) Patients with Charcot arthropathy, Pagetâ??s disease.
5) Vascular or neuromuscular disease in the operated leg,
6) Fracture sequelae,

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Demographic data will be recorded, including sex, age, height, weight, BMI, diagnosis, <br/ ><br>Preoperative Harris hip score (Pain, Limp, Distance, Climbing Stair, Able to sit or wear shoes). <br/ ><br>Intra-Operative <br/ ><br>Duration of the surgical procedure <br/ ><br>Intraoperative complications will be noted. <br/ ><br>Blood Loss, <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Postoperative outcomes <br/ ><br>length of hospital stay, <br/ ><br>limb length discrepancy, <br/ ><br>greater trochanteric pain, <br/ ><br>Functional evaluation (modified Harris Hip Score) <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline (Pre-operative) <br/ ><br>Three month <br/ ><br>Six months
