Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) All patients between 18\-70 years will undergo total hip replacement surgery for Osteonecrosis of femoral head secondary to idiopathic, sickle cell diseases, degenerative arthritis of the hip.
- •2\) Patient with valid informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) An inability or unwillingness to comply with the postoperative rehabilitation or follow\-up protocols,
- •2\) Previous THA, osteomyelitis or a previous intra\-articular infection, severe developmental dysplasia of the hip (such as Crowe type\-III or IV dysplasia),
- •3\) Acetabular deformity requiring advanced reconstructive techniques,
- •4\) Patients with Charcot arthropathy, Pagetâ??s disease.
- •5\) Vascular or neuromuscular disease in the operated leg,
- •6\) Fracture sequelae,
