入选标准
- •1) All patients between 18-70 years will undergo total hip replacement surgery for Osteonecrosis of femoral head secondary to idiopathic, sickle cell diseases, degenerative arthritis of the hip.
- •2) Patient with valid informed consent
排除标准
- •1) An inability or unwillingness to comply with the postoperative rehabilitation or follow-up protocols,
- •2) Previous THA, osteomyelitis or a previous intra-articular infection, severe developmental dysplasia of the hip (such as Crowe type-III or IV dysplasia),
- •3) Acetabular deformity requiring advanced reconstructive techniques,
- •4) Patients with Charcot arthropathy, Pagetâ??s disease.
- •5) Vascular or neuromuscular disease in the operated leg,
- •6) Fracture sequelae,
