there are several treatment options foe treating the patients with knee pain but there are several other way to strengthen the muscles to prevent the pain and disability one of the technique is to controlled restrict the blood circulation so present study will help to improve the protocol for the strengthening of patient who are suffering from osteoarthrtities of knee

入选标准

  • Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis based on Kellgren-Lawrence grade 1-3 radiographic severity patientst who are diagnosed with Primary knee Osteoarthritis Experiencing knee pain for at less than 3 months.
  • Patients who are able to walk independenttly.

排除标准

  • Patient with systemic illness (infection, tumor, systemic inflammatory disease).
  • History of knee surgery (total knee replacement) in the past 6 months Advanced knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4).
  • Any secondary causes for OA knee ((e.g., trauma, infection, inflammatory arthritis Neurological deficits affecting lower limbs (neuropathy, stroke, multiple sclerosis Acute trauma to the knee (ligament tear, fracture) in the past 6 month Presence of inflammatory or autoimmune joint disease (rheumatoid arthritis, gout) Cardiovascular contraindications to exercise or BFRT Current use of corticosteroids, anticoagulants, or other medications that may interfere with exercise safety or muscle adaptation.
