Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients admitted in the ICU and requiring mechanical ventilation for 48hrs or more. (18-60yrs)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients admitted with tracheostomy, history of latex allergy, bleeding disorder, faciomaxillory injury, oropharyngeal bleed, cervical spinal injury, Difficult airway (MMPG4), history of difficult past intubation, history of preexisting pneumonia at the time of diagnosis, patients relatives refusal.
