•Inclusion criteria patients
•Histologically confirmed cancer
•Age between 18 and 75 years
•Primary cancer treatment with curative intention and completed at least 3
•months before study entry
•No tumor tissue or metastases present at this moment (as far as known)
•Karnovsky Performance Status of 60 or higher
•Former cancer treatment being chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy;Inclusion criteria healthy participants
•Age between 18 and 75 years
•Reported normal health
•No history of cancer

•Participants who are not capable of performing basic skills like sitting, lying
•down or walking
•Participants with cognitive disorders or severe emotional instability judged
•by the patient*s physician
•Participants who are known to have other serious diseases that might have
•impact on physical performance capacity like heart failure, COPD, and
•neurological disorders.
•Wheelchair-bound participants
•Participants with insufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
•Karnofsky performance status <60%
•Palliative treatment
