Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All the genders from the age group 25\-40, with BMI 18\.5\- 24\.9, with navicular drop
  • test values \> 10\-15 mm who are willing to participate.
  • Participants who have positive windlass test
  • Plantar heel pain with first few steps of walking in the morning. (0n VAS 4\-8\)
  • Tenderness at the insertion site of the plantar fascia on the anteromedial aspect of the
  • calcaneal tubercle elicited by pain
  • At least one identifiable MTrP in the gastrocnemius muscle

Exclusion Criteria

  • Previous surgery or trauma of foot and ankle complex in last six months.
  • Red flags to manual therapy
  • Presence of deformity of foot and ankle complex
  • Subjects with 2 or more positive neurologic signs consistent with nerve root compression
