Patients between the age group of 30-60 years.
Patients irrespective of gender.
Patients fit for Nasya Karma and Punnagadi Ruksha Pinda Sweda.
Patients with sign and symptoms of Manyastambha (cervical spondylosis).
Patient with cervical radiculopathy.
Patient with duration of illness of less than one year.
Patients with symptoms of traumatic origin
Pregnant and lactating mother and menstruating females.
Patients with other systemic disorder (Like Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes) that might interfere with the line of treatment including patients with lumbar and Ankylosing spondylosis.
Acute and chronic infection of spine, cancer of spine and pottâ??s disease.
Patients with cervical myelopathy.
Patients with trapezius myalgia
