Children, age group 8-15 years, uncontrolled or partially controlled asthma for past 1 month and on stable medication dosing for the past month. Diagnosis and treatment of asthma will be performed by a Pediatric pulmonologist, based on the Global initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines.
1. Acute exacerbation of symptoms of Asthma in previous 4 weeks
2. Regular practice of yoga in the past 6 months
3. Medical condition contraindication exercise
4. Hearing disabilities
5. Aversion to music and sound
6. Patients unable to cooperate with any kind of breath regulation
7. Patient residing outside Delhi/ NCR region
8. Parents/ child unlikely to come for follow-up

Name Time Method 1. Improvement in spirometry parameters i.e., FEV1, PEFR, and FEV1/FVC ratio and IOS parameters <br/ ><br>2. Reduction in days of asthma symptoms, episodes of exacerbation and frequency of recue medication use <br/ ><br>3. Improvement in PAQLQ score <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline, 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks.
