1) Patients 40-75 years old, regardless of sex who; 2) meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for PCIV in combination with imaging findings and clinical symptoms and are 3) clear-minded and able to cooperate with the requirements and complete the various assessments, and 4) can provide signed informed consent.
1) Patients with vertigo caused by intracranial space-occupying lesions, stroke, brain trauma, eye and ear diseases such as Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, streptomycin poisoning, and other diseases confirmed by examination; 2) patients with symptoms and signs of large-area severe cerebral infarction such as cerebellar or brainstem infarction; 3) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and mental diseases; 4) pregnant or lactating women, or patients with allergies; and 5) patients who have acupuncture treatment in recent months.
