Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients 40\-75 years old, regardless of sex who; 2\) meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for PCIV in combination with imaging findings and clinical symptoms and are 3\) clear\-minded and able to cooperate with the requirements and complete the various assessments, and 4\) can provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with vertigo caused by intracranial space\-occupying lesions, stroke, brain trauma, eye and ear diseases such as Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, streptomycin poisoning, and other diseases confirmed by examination; 2\) patients with symptoms and signs of large\-area severe cerebral infarction such as cerebellar or brainstem infarction; 3\) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and mental diseases; 4\) pregnant or lactating women, or patients with allergies; and 5\) patients who have acupuncture treatment in recent months.
