Chronic non-specific low back pain at least 3 months aged between 18-50 years with pain intensity measured by numerical rating scale at least 2 scores
Pregnant have a previous history of spinal surgery neurologic deficits specific LBP including facet joint syndrome disc herniation and sacroiliac joint dysfunction cancer or other autoimmune diseases screened by using plain radiography and clinical tests including sensory and motor assessments straight leg raise valsalva maneuver test facet quadrant test and sacroiliac provocation tests already regularly receiving proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation PNF training, core stabilization exercise or TENS and hydrocollator therapy.
