1. Individuals newly diagnosed with type II Diabetes Mellitus aged 25 years of age and above as classified according to United Nations, 1982 ââ?¬Å?(i.e., roughly equivalent to infancy, youth, young adulthood, middle adulthood and older adulthood to average retirement age, retirement under 1, l-14, 15-24,25-44, 45-64 and 65+ years)ââ?¬?.
2. Clinical criteria for inclusion given as per the World Health Organization: (Annex: 1)
3. ââ?¬Å?Glyco HbA1cââ?¬â?°Ã¢â?°Â¥Ã¢â?¬â?°6.5%
4. Fasting Plasma Glucose ��126 mg / dl
5. 2-h postprandial glucose �200 mg / dl
6. Any time postprandial glucose �200 mg / dl�
1. Individuals not owning a smartphone
2. Individuals those who are unable to read
3. Individuals with Psychotic disorders
4. Critical illness ââ?¬â?? ââ?¬Å?A disease or state in which death is possible or imminentââ?¬? like end stage of any cardiac, neurotic, renal diseases including cancer and AIDS (US national library of medicine)
