Inclusion Criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke revised by the 4th National Symposium of Cerebrovascular Diseases and confirmed by head CT or MRI;
(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of AHA/ASA vascular cognitive impairment and dementia;
(3) Age 50-70 years old;
(4) no previous organic disease;
(5) No previous mental illness, no QUADRIPLEGIA
(6) stability of general and vital signs, screening of summary Mental status checklist, illiteracy (uneducated) group <= 17, Primary School (educated for less than 6 years) <= 20, the group with secondary school or above (years of education > 6 years) <= 24 scores was diagnosed as mild to moderate dementia.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction due to rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease and other heart diseases complicated with atrial fibrillation;
(2) complicated with hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe infection, severe diabetes Mellitus, tumor, etc.;
(3) severe visual/hearing impairment;
(4) the consciousness is not clear, the communication barrier, can not cooperate;
(5) the serious dementia patient and other original causes dementia.
