Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Sexually active women of age (30-50) years
- •Provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. History of cervical cancer
- •2. Have had a total hysterectomy
- •3. Are pregnant or have been pregnant in the last month
- •4. History of diabetes, innate or acquired immunodeficiency, concomitant neoplastic diseases
- •Chronic inflammatory diseases/infections including aerobic vaginitis and other sexually transmitted diseases,
- •Corticosteroid or immune therapy
- •vagina douching within last 2 days
- •vaginal intercourse within last 3 days
- •systemic application of antifungal agents or antibiotics or pessaries within last 14 days of sampling
