• Reduced left ventricular systolic function
• Hypotension
• Anuria or oligouria

Exclusion Criteria

• Less than 18 years old
• Pregnant
• Uncorrected valvular stenosis
• Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM)
• Third degree AV block
