Inclusion Criteria
1.Age: 20-60 years
2.No visible facial asymmetry: Nasion, Tip of Nose, Philtrum, Symphysis menti, and mid-sternal point in one plane.
3.No visible growth or developmental defect.
4.No previous history of orthodontic or prosthodontic treatment and maxillofacial or plastic surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of chronic illness ( >4weeks of illness)
2.History of head or neck injury
3.Maxillofacial trauma
4.Neuromuscular weakness due to neurological lesion or muscular dystrophy
5.Torticollis or neck spasm
