入选标准
- •(1) Large or massive rotator cuff tear requiring rotator cuff repair
- •(2) The patients with defect at tendon insertion during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
排除标准
- •(1) Previous surgery history at affected shoulder
- •(2) Previous fracture history at affected shoulder
- •(3) Previous infection history at affected shoulder
- •(4) Prmiary or secondary osteoarthritis
- •(5) Indication for reverse shoulder arthroplasty because of advanced cuff tear arthropathy of shoulder joint
- •(6) Massive rotator cuff tear requiring superior capsule reconstruction
- •(7) Patients with neurological symptoms, inability to follow postoperative instructions, or non-cooperative
- •(8) Patients judged to be difficult to participate in the study due to cognitive impairment
