Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Large or massive rotator cuff tear requiring rotator cuff repair
- •(2\) The patients with defect at tendon insertion during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Previous surgery history at affected shoulder
- •(2\) Previous fracture history at affected shoulder
- •(3\) Previous infection history at affected shoulder
- •(4\) Prmiary or secondary osteoarthritis
- •(5\) Indication for reverse shoulder arthroplasty because of advanced cuff tear arthropathy of shoulder joint
- •(6\) Massive rotator cuff tear requiring superior capsule reconstruction
- •(7\) Patients with neurological symptoms, inability to follow postoperative instructions, or non\-cooperative
- •(8\) Patients judged to be difficult to participate in the study due to cognitive impairment
