- •primi /two gravida with term and singleton pregnancy and do not episiotomy,Body Mass Index ( BMI )<29.
- •Exclusion criteria: previous medical disorder and smoking , used pethidine / promethazine during labor, acute complication (prolong labor, postpartum hemorrhage, meconium and distress respiration newborn.
