- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I or II, undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring oro-tracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •Mouth opening < 3cm.
- •Edentulus patients.
- •Patients with neck anatomical pathologies.
- •Patients who are unable to extend their neck > 30 degrees.
- •Patients with beard.
- •Patients with cervical spine pathologies.
- •Patients with history of neck surgery.
- •Patients having hyperkeratotic skin of neck.
- •Patients having any ulcerative lesion on neck.
- •Patients having history of frontal neck trauma.
- •Patients having local infection.
- •Patients unwilling for consent.
