Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Having the symptoms of TMD
- •2\.Nursing students of age group between 17\-24 yrs.
- •3\.Class I molar relation.
- •4\.No restorations or prosthesis.
- •5\.Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Class II or III molar relation.
- •2\.Students with restoration or prosthesis in last six months.
- •3\.Students with erupting upper 3rd molar.
- •4\.Practiced Yoga in last 3 months
- •5\.History of taking any other add on therapy
