1. In-patients diagnosed with schizophrenia (Schizophrenia) adult male or female aged 18 to 59 years
2. Read and write Thai language
3. the assessment with the Mini-Mental State Examination (Thai Version or MMSE-Thai-2002) scoring ≤ 17 points for the sample. Elementary education and score ≤ 22 points for those who have higher education than elementary school.
4. No Psychotic symptoms
5. No visual impairment or hearing impairment to practice.
6. No communication impairment.
7. Willingness and willingness to participate in research.
8. There are no other neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy.
1. Participants in both groups received rehabilitation therapy. Get medicines that affect thinking skills such as Donepezil
