- •1. Patients with baseline hemodynamic instabilities(Heart Rate <45bpm , Mean arterial pressure <65mm Hg)
- •2. Tracheostomized patients
- •3. Allergy to Dexemedetomidine
- •4. Co-existing cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunctions
- •5. History of cerebro-vascular accidents
