Brief Summary

We couldn't find the significant difference(p<=0.05)of the water contents of the stratum corneum between the vanishing cream adding 10% trehalose & only vanishing cream applying on the left & the right extensor aspects of the forearms & the lower legs for 25 healthy persons.I think perhaps the difference of the water contents of the stratum corneum between the vanishing cream adding 10% trehalose & only vanishing cream applying on the extensor aspects of the lower legs after 2 weeks.(effect size 0.34)

Inclusion Criteria

On the external aspects of the forearms and the lower legs of adults having the normal skin surfaces

Exclusion Criteria

People having the inflammatory skin diseases for example the atopic dermatitis,etc. and the hereditary skin deseases for example the ichthyosis, etc..
