Age over 45 years;
Patients with type II diabetes; The lack of women with premature menopause (menopause before 40 years); passed at least one year and up to 10 years of menstruation (the physiological); After at least one year of diabetes diagnosis;
No history of myocardial infarction, liver diseases, mental health, thyroid or kidney;
Failure Patients with advanced diabetes complications such as kidney failure, stroke, myocardial infarction, malignant tumor patients; The drug-treated diabetes (tablets or insulin).
Exclusion criteria: not participate in more than one session of counseling class and wanting to continue to cooperate with investigation; The occurrence of stress-inducing events (such as near death, accident) during the study.
