Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Aged 19 years or older.
  • •2\. All patients who meet the indications for cardiac rehabilitation according to the domestic clinical practice guidelines for cardiac rehabilitation.
  • •3\.Individuals proficient in reading and writing Korean.
  • •4\.Individuals who can use mobile applications with general equipment (smartphones or tablet PCs) without difficulty.
  • •5\.Individuals who have voluntarily consented to participate in this clinical trial.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Individuals contraindicated for cardiopulmonary exercise testing and exercise training include:
  • •2\. Individuals who do not use smartphones or have difficulty using related IT devices.
  • •3\. Individuals with psychiatric disorders.
  • •4\. Individuals with accompanying cognitive impairments.
  • •5\. Other individuals deemed difficult to participate in the study by the physician's judgment.
