Inclusion Criteria

•Patients with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma and Primary angle closure glaucoma with moderate to advanced visual field changes[H.P.A classification]

•Age > 40 years

•Visual Acuity of the Better eye >= 6/60

•Conversant in Hindi or English.

•Consent to attend the complete course of meditation

Exclusion Criteria

•Patients having other co-morbid ocular conditions other than glaucoma contributing to visual loss

•Patients having chronic systemic diseases that could significantly affect QOL

•Patients with any ocular surgery in previous 3 months

•Patients on medical therapy for any other illnesses

•Patients already practicing yoga or meditation in any form

•Patients who are deaf or communication impaired.
