1.Mothers having CP children irrespective of level of their Cerebral palsy, enrolled in Occupational therapy department of LRH.
2.The mothers, who accompany the children at the unit for therapy.
3.Exhibit Level of more than 3 on General Health Questionnaire (GHQ)
4.Can read and write Urdu.
5.Willingness to participate and come for assessment.
1.Mothers, who are already receiving psychological therapy for some matter.
2.Significant cognitive impairment (learning disability or dementia).
3.Active Psychosis.
