Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Mothers having CP children irrespective of level of their Cerebral palsy, enrolled in Occupational therapy department of LRH.
  • 2\.The mothers, who accompany the children at the unit for therapy.
  • 3\.Exhibit Level of more than 3 on General Health Questionnaire (GHQ)
  • 4\.Can read and write Urdu.
  • 5\.Willingness to participate and come for assessment.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Mothers, who are already receiving psychological therapy for some matter.
  • 2\.Significant cognitive impairment (learning disability or dementia).
  • 3\.Active Psychosis.
