入排标准
入选标准
- •All ventilated children aged from 1 month to 18 years admit in PICU who :-
- •1. have conserved gastrointestinal function
- •2. require >72 hours of ventilation
- •3. were initiated enteral nutrition within the first 48 hours of PICU admission
- •4. gave consent for participation in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Primary gastrointestinal pathology or surgery;
- •2. Those with percutaneous gastrostomy tubes, intestinal fistula,
- •obstruction, necrosis, peritonitis .
- •3. EN not started within 48 hours, or EN started prior to PICU admission;
- •4. Death or discharge before 72 hours of observation;
- •5. Contraindication to enteral diet;
- •6. Intolerance to the prescribed nutrients or infusion regimen.
