Inclusion Criteria
Infants who were born at term >/= 37 weeks gestation and developed hyperbilirubinemia requiring phototherapy between 24 and 168 hours of life
Exclusion Criteria
Infants who suffered perinatal asphyxia (APGAR score at 1 min <4 or at 5 min <6), Evidence of hemolysis (positive Direct Coombs Test), Rh isoimmunization, Sepsis, Congenital malformation, Preterm babies
