- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Main Objective: The comparison of F-18 FLT and F-18 FDG tumour uptake before and after neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy (related to clinical, radiological and PET-CT criteria of response) and the evaluation of the tumour response to therapy. ;Secondary Objective: The relation and comparison of the F-18 FLT and F-18 FDG uptake pattern of rectal tumours to the molecular tumour pattern and the determination of differences of F-18 FLT and F-18 FDG uptake (degree of tumour proliferation, glycolysis and histological signs of concomitant inflammation).;Primary end point(s): ?
