Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients fulfilling the criteria for American society of Anaesthesiologist ,physical status 1\-2
  • •BMI less than 30 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Hypertension,
  • •patient who have received corticosteroids in the last 6 months,pregnancy
  • •psychiatry illness or patients suffering from intellectual disabilities
  • •History of etomidate allergy
  • •History of psychoactive drugs
  • •Neurosurgery
