Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients fulfilling the criteria for American society of Anaesthesiologist ,physical status 1\-2
- •BMI less than 30 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hypertension,
- •patient who have received corticosteroids in the last 6 months,pregnancy
- •psychiatry illness or patients suffering from intellectual disabilities
- •History of etomidate allergy
- •History of psychoactive drugs
- •Neurosurgery
