Study Overview
Brief Summary
The study is designed to compare the anxiety levels pre and post with the help intervention of combination sensations in a novel way that stimulates the child to use brain connections the effect of which is studied using three subjects i.e English ,maths and science and the academic performance tested using anxiety scale and marks as outcome measures

- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •Academic anxiety score of 3.0 -5.0 on west side anxiety scale .
- •Cooperative .
- •Right handedness.
- •Able to follow commands and understand tasks given by the therapist .
- •English medium ,7th -8th std students (male and female ).
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.No history of any psychological aliments, seizures, allergies, learning disabilities, balance and coordination disorders(Data collected from parents and teachers).
- •No active involvement or training in martial arts.
- •No external aids such as hearing aids ,orthosis ,splints which may hinder or harm them from performing the tasks
- •No physical disabilities.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
West side anxiety scale
Time Frame: first is at start of the program and second is post 4 weeks but within a week post 4 weeks
Secondary Outcomes
- Successive unit tests(Academic unit test marks for -English,Maths ,Science)
