Inclusion Criteria
- Age 70 + years
- Ability of the study participant to consent
- Sufficient visual and hearing ability to understand the questionnaires
Exclusion Criteria
- Severe cognitive impairments / dementia
- Severe mental or emotional impairments
- Insufficient understanding of the German language
- Acute emergency situations
- Severe events that restrict the mobility of the test person to a huge extent within the past four weeks

Name Time Method Validation and evaluation of the psychometric properties of the translated German version (LSA-D).<br>The LSA-D total score shows least moderate correlation with the convergent criteria (activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, ADL / IADL).<br><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. The LSA-D demonstrates a hierarchical structure and the five level of the LSA-D show at least moderate correlation with the comparison parameters defined for each level.<br>2. The LSA-D is applicable to both urban and rural populations of elderly persons with some health problems. It can be used in clinical and non clinical settings.<br><br>
