1. Individuals whose rheumatologist, orthopedics, medicine specialist has clinically diagnosed osteoarthritis of the fingers or thumbs. Based on the American College of Rheumatology criteria, European League against rheumatism criteria that is limited duration of localized morning or inactivity stiffness which is more specific to HOA than inflammatory arthritis, involvement of Distal Interphalangeal, Proximal Interphalangeal or Metacarpophalangeal joints, presence of Heberden and Bouchard nodes and, or bony enlargement with or without deformity
2. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosed according to the American College of Rheumatology criteria.
3. Subjects aged between 40 to 80 years of both genders.
4. Subjects willing to participate.
1. Individuals considered inappropriate for inclusion by their referring doctor, including those known to be suffering from dementia, mental illness, or learning difficulties, and those with inflammatory arthropathies, terminal illness, or other serious pathology.
2. The presence of other hand and wrist conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, history of major hand trauma or surgery of the hand, or neurologic diseases causing sequelae in the hand, inflammatory arthritis, and endocrine diseases (diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, etc.)
3. Unable to understand the language or study procedures
4. Unwilling to participate.
