Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Performance within the normality standards in the mini mental state examination. Absence of a history of cranioencephalic trauma. Failure to history of stroke. Absence of history of depression. It is necessary to be without exercising regularly and systematically for at least six months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age less than sixty years. Score below the normality standards in the mini mental state examination.History of traumatic brain injury. History of stroke. History of depression. Regular practice of physical exercise in the last 6 months. Visual acuity above twenty by thirty according to the Snellen test.
