Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients of Parikartika having

Pain and linear ulcer at anal region .

with or without PR bleeding,

with or without constipation,

2 Patients among the age group 18 to 60 years,

irrespective of gender and socio-economic

status.

3 Patients suffering from acute & chronic anal

fissure with no other ano-rectal abnormalities.

4 Patients having anal fissure with sentinel tag.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Patients with known case of anal Fissure

associated with Piles or Fistula in ano.

2 Patients with known case of prolapsed rectum,

CA rectum and systemic diseases like

tuberculosis, uncontrolled diabetes.

3 Patients with known case of severely immune

compromised Patients.

4 Patients with known case of Parikartika

secondary to ulcerative colitis, Syphilis,

Crohnâ??s disease.
