- •Older adults of Udupi\-Manipal
- •Participants who are willing to take part
Exclusion Criteria
- •Below 65 years
- •Above 90 years
- •Mentally challenged
- •Progressive diseases
- •Participants who are immune compromised, suffering from HIV, AIDS, Cancer or those who are under medical illness.
- •Participants who are critically ill
- •Participants who are in specifically dietary restriction.
- •Participants who are above 90
- •People who are not willing to take part in the study.
