Inclusion Criteria
All of them experienced instability in either one of the ankles, scored more than 11 on the Identification of Functional Ankle Instability (IdFAI) (Simon, Donahue, & Docherty, 2012), had no history of operation on the ankle or broken ankle, had no problems about balance and muscle strength, had no history of severe injuries in the legs and were willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
They would be disqualified if they experienced pain in the lower extremities during the trials or could not perform the tests.
