1. Frail older adults with Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) score between 4 to 9
2. Fit to do the exercises as determined by the Physical Activity Readiness-Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
1.Those who exercise regularly or involved in recreational activity
2.Unstable coronary heart disease (CHD)
3.Uncontrolled hypertension (�160/100 mm Hg)
4.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus ( > 250 mg/dl)
5.Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo
6.Severe balance and mobility problems
7.Prolapsed inter vertebral disc or disc herniation
8.Rotator cuff injuries
9.Diagnosed osteoporosis
10.Any Neurological involvement such as Stroke, Parkinsonism etc.
11.Recent upper limb, lower limb or spinal fractures
12.Recent hip and/or knee replacement surgeries
13.Severe cognitive problem
