Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of preeclampsia
Age of 18-50 years
Having a systolic blood pressure of 140-159 for at least 2 times or a diastolic blood pressure of 90-109 every four hours within 24 hours of the surgery
Exclusion Criteria
History of chronic blood pressure
History of renal problems
History of liver disease
History of diabetes
History of cardiovascular
History of experience of smoking
Allergy to the target medication
Multiple pregnancy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The measure of patient's Systolic blood pressure that should be between 140 to 159 mm Hg. Timepoint: Blood pressure measurement in the 1, 3 , 5 days intervention and then a week later. Method of measurement: Mercury barometric device.;The measure of patient's diastolic blood pressure that should be between 90 to 109 mm Hg. Timepoint: Blood pressure measurement in the 1, 3 , 5 days intervention and then a week later. Method of measurement: Mercury barometric device.
