Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adhesive capsulitis stage 1 (Freezing) and stage 2 (Frozen)
- •Shoulder pain and indication for intra\-articular injection
- •Age 18\-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Concomitant massive rotator cuff tendinopathy
- •Concomitant abnormal X\-ray : GH OA, neoplasm
- •Pain related to AC joint pathology
- •History of pre\-existing shoulder pathological : infection, trauma
- •Neurological disorder : CSR or stroke
- •Drug allergy or contraindication : ketorolac, ASA, NSAIDs, TA, lidocaine
- •Underling disease : Rheumatoid arthritis, on warfarin
