Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.No systemic \& musculoskeletal red flag
  • •2\.Neck pain with or without arm pain and movement restriction
  • •3\.Participant able to understand and read English or Tamil and follow instructions given by Investigator.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Previous cervical trauma
  • •2\.Fracture or surgery in cervical spine
  • •3\.Deformity of the spine (Severe Kyphosis, Severe Scoliosis).
  • •4\.Inner ear infections
  • •5\.Inflammatory rheumatologic disease
  • •6\.Vertebro \- basilar artery insufficiency
  • •7\.Malignancy
  • •8\.Neurological evidence leading to balance disturbances (eg: sensory ataxia)
  • •9\.Primary Shoulder Problem
