Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.No systemic \& musculoskeletal red flag
- •2\.Neck pain with or without arm pain and movement restriction
- •3\.Participant able to understand and read English or Tamil and follow instructions given by Investigator.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Previous cervical trauma
- •2\.Fracture or surgery in cervical spine
- •3\.Deformity of the spine (Severe Kyphosis, Severe Scoliosis).
- •4\.Inner ear infections
- •5\.Inflammatory rheumatologic disease
- •6\.Vertebro \- basilar artery insufficiency
- •7\.Malignancy
- •8\.Neurological evidence leading to balance disturbances (eg: sensory ataxia)
- •9\.Primary Shoulder Problem
