Patients is having sign and symptoms of Amlapitta (Acid peptic disorder) chronicity upto 5 years, irrespective of socio-economic status.
Patients who are ready to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Patients with history of systemic illness like diabetic mellitus and hypertension, thyroid disorders, cardiac pathology, immunodeficiency disorders like AIDS, Arbuda.
Other than this those patients with history of Parinama Shula (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer), Annadrava Shula, Krimiroga will be not taken up for study.Patients with history of drug,alcoholand tobacco induced Amlapitta not to be considered for study.

Name Time Method Sign and symptom of Urdhvaga Amlapitta (acid peptic disorder) viz. Avipaka (indigestion), Klama (weakness), Utklesha (nausea), Tikta Amla Udgara (sour belching), Gaurava (heaviness), Hrit Kanta Daha (burning sensation in chest and upper abdomen), Aruchi (anorexia)Timepoint: 15 days
