Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1- Diagnosed Children of Spastic Cerebral palsy
  • 2- Reasonable Intelligence Quiescent (IQ) and Cognitive Function
  • 3. Children of age 6-18 years4. Any gender
  • 5. GMFCS 1, 2 & 3 6. Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Uncooperative subjects
  • 2. Presence of kyphosis and or scoliosis
  • 3. Any apparent chest deformity
  • 4. GMFCS 4 & 5
  • 5. History of Tracheostomy.
  • 6. Subjects suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric illness, or myopathies
  • 7. Subjects have any history of lung disease, cardiac illness, and or sign of respiratory
  • infection at the time of the study
