Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\- Diagnosed Children of Spastic Cerebral palsy
  • •2\- Reasonable Intelligence Quiescent (IQ) and Cognitive Function
  • •3\. Children of age 6\-18 years4\. Any gender
  • •5\. GMFCS 1, 2 \& 3 6\. Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Uncooperative subjects
  • •2\. Presence of kyphosis and or scoliosis
  • •3\. Any apparent chest deformity
  • •4\. GMFCS 4 \& 5
  • •5\. History of Tracheostomy.
  • •6\. Subjects suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric illness, or myopathies
  • •7\. Subjects have any history of lung disease, cardiac illness, and or sign of respiratory
  • •infection at the time of the study
